The Beginning
My journey started in the U.S. customer service industry, where I led a team of 10 and learned that great service means preventing problems before they appear.
Back to the Roots
Returning to Europe, I moved into hospitality leadership - managing teams, creating new concepts, and mastering operational elegance under pressure.
